DEFINITION
Welcome to the Fiddlehead Designs website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Fiddlehead Designs website. By visiting the website and formulating requests for services provided here by Fiddlehead Designs and its affiliates, you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions outlined herewith, “You” is defined as the visitor to the website, browsing and preceding to offering and actively engaging in purchase of products from Fiddlehead Designs “We” is Fiddlehead Designs a company based in the USA who will accept an offer to purchase goods, confirm the order, supply and subsequently arrange for delivery for said goods upon payment.
Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these conditions.

DELIVARY TIME
Your concrete product will ship within 2-3 weeks of receiving an order.
These delivery time are available for USA / Canada.
Delivery times are indicated as precisely as possible and may be subject to variations depending upon the geographic location of the Purchaser. Fiddlehead Designs is not responsible for exceeding delivery times and therefore may not be subject to any damages sought.

PACKAGING
Your concrete product will be cushioned with foam and crated in plywood boxes.
Reimbursement of products will be accepted only on condition that the parcel has been opened in the carrier’s presence with an itemized inventory of the damaged pieces. The carrier’s stamp and signature shall be affixed to this list. This document must be sent to Fiddlehead Designs within 24 hours’ time of the delivery.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 20 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, please send an e-mail to info@fiddleheadconcrete.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned product and will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost. Custom orders are not refundable.

PRODUCT PURCHASE
All orders made by you are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy as below.
The following steps create a contract of obligation between you and ourselves, Fiddlehead Designs.
The steps required to create this contract are as follows:
An order is placed for a product by your pressing of the submit button on the website at the end of the checkout process.
In return we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will confirm the total amount of your order as charged to your credit card. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this email as a record and receipt of your transaction for future reference.
If your order is not accepted, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is temporarily withdrawn from sale or unavailable.
- We cannot obtain authorization for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error has been identified.
- An issue has been identified with your eligibility to order from this site.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.
We take all necessary steps and precautions to ensure that all details, specifications, and product descriptions are accurate before posting them to our website. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly represent the product at the time of purchase.
Please note that while every effort has been made to correctly represent the color of our products on our website, there may be some color variation because of possible descrpancies due to the color monitor settings on your computer and the digital processes that generated our color images.
Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated upon the website.
Full payment is due at time of order.
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorization of the card holder.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under USA law you must:
